Kelly Hockley, BBA, CPT, MNWC, CIFC, HHP

Hi, I’m Kelly. I am a Nutrition Coach, Personal Trainer, Kickboxer, and Mom. For so long, I only shared my expertise with friends and family. When the pandemic hit friends encouraged me to share my passion and curiosity for health and fitness. Everyone was looking to improve their metabolic health but didn’t know where to start.

I founded KFIT Evolution on my personal health philosophy. It is not quick fixes or fad diets. A health crisis can come out of nowhere. My clients needed a sustainable, healthy lifestyle, to deal with whatever life throws at them —their health needed to evolve.

I am committed to helping my clients reach their goals, whether it’s to lose weight, get fit, or just feel better. I am an advocate for self-care and I encourage my clients to make time for themselves and their own health. I am a strong believer in the power of positive thinking and its ability to transform lives.
