Hello, I’m Kelly.

I help women thrive in midlife through hormone-aware nutrition, metabolism support, and sustainable lifestyle strategies. My work is always rooted in identifying the why behind your symptoms—not just managing them—so you can understand what your body is communicating and how to support it long-term with confidence and clarity.

I’m a functional nutrition coach specializing in midlife weight loss and metabolism for women, with extensive education and certifications across nutrition, fitness, sleep, stress, and recovery management, as well as advanced training in hormone health and coaching midlife women. My approach goes beyond surface-level fixes by connecting symptoms to the underlying imbalances driving them, allowing for meaningful, lasting change.

For over seven years, I have coached women through midlife and supported more than 100 women in sustainable transformation. While expertise matters, the foundation of my work is something deeper: every woman I coach should feel like she’s just met her new favourite person—someone who truly listens, understands her experience, and offers steady, compassionate guidance through this season of life.

I coach women inside my Thrive Beyond 35 Foundational Coaching program because I believe the most powerful time to support your hormones and metabolism is before symptoms take over. With the right foundations and habits in place, many changes can be minimized—and in some cases, barely felt at all.

My mission is to help women feel strong, confident, and at home in their bodies during midlife, while feeling fully supported along the way. You’re never just following a plan here—you’re walking alongside someone who cares deeply about your experience and your long-term well-being.

I live and breathe this lifestyle. I’m a wife and mom to two boys, dog Mom to thbest dog ever, I love the outdoors, and I wholeheartedly embrace this way of living. This work isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am.
