Weekly Check-Ins

How Enrollment Works:

Enrollment begins with a required 3-month Foundation phase. This ensures every client starts with clarity, individualized strategies, and the systems needed to support meaningful, sustainable progress. The foundation creates a shared understanding of your goals, patters, and priorities so coaching can be intentional and effective from the start.

After completing the foundation, coaching continues on a monthly basis. This allows for ongoing support, refinement, and accountability as your needs evolve and your progress deepens. This structure is designed to feel supportive and flexible, while maintaining consistency and momentum over time.

KFIT Foundation Phase

During this phase, we establish clear strategy, individualized protocols, and the structure needed to move forward with confidence. You’ll stop guessing what to do next and start following a plan that is built specifically for your body, your lifestyle, and your current phase.

This is where most clients see the biggest shift - not just physically, but in finally understanding what their body needs and how to support it.

  • Know exactly what to focus on (and what to stop doing) with a personalized roadmap

After completing the foundation, coaching continues at a flat monthly rate, allowing you to stay supported as your progress and goals evolve.

Ongoing Coaching (Post-Foundation):

This is where we build on the momentum created in your foundation phase and continue refining your approach as your body, goals, and lifestyle evolve.

Rather than starting over or guessing your next steps, you will have continued guidance, adjustments, and accountability to ensure your progress doesn’t stall - and that results actually last.

  • Continue refining your protocols based on real-time feedback and results

  • Navigate plateaus, transitions, and lifestyle changes with support
