Personal training sessions customized to suit your specific needs.  To achieve the best results, it is important to consider variables such as your fitness goals, current fitness level + availability. Training sessions can be done in your home or the KFIT home gym.

  • Initial assessment, fitness testing, goal setting

  • Customized workout program

  • One hour sessions include warm up, workout and stretching

  • Packages include choice of 1-3 sessions per week

  • Time commitment to be discussed

  • Mobile training available (custom pricing)
