Through my app Trainerize, you’ll receive fully customized workouts that meet you where you are at and help you progress safely and effectively. Each 6-week phase is structured to challenge you, keep you consistent, and help you feel strong in your body again.
All pricing is based on 6 week programming phases.
3 days per week workouts - $175 for 3 days per week
4 days per week workouts - $190 for 4 days per week
5 days per week workouts - $205 for 5 days per week
Every program includes detailed training plans, video demonstration, progress tracking, and ongoing support - so you always know exactly what to do and how to keep moving forward.
