Sleep is the most important thing when it comes to your success. You will learn sleep strategies that will positively impact you and how you feel.

Nutrition

Food matters, but I know it’s overwhelming with all the information out there. You need to be fueling your body with the right amount of macronutrients (protein, fats, carbs) if you want sustainability.

Mindset & Habits

Having a positive mindset is very important. Being in a group of like-minded women will help your success long term and we learn to establish new habits and build upon them together.

Movement

We are not meant to be still 24/7. We NEED to move our bodies. I will talk about different activities that will make you feel amazing. Movement makes us happy and that will keep you motivated.

Metabolic Flexibility

I will help you transition from being a sugar burner to a fat burner. Your first week will be a prep week to help gently guide you away from addictive, sugary carbs to having you feeling satisfied with minimal sugar cravings.

There are so many positives about this program! First, I had major doubts that I would be able to do this. I worried I would obsess about food and when I could eat. Fact - the complete opposite is true! It was SO liberating and freeing. I simply ate during my feeding window and choose real foods and learned to listen to my body’s ques of when I felt full. Second, my cravings for sugar…gone! I am so excited and enjoy every bite of my food now. I am not eating mindlessly and my late night snacking is gone.
